Anne Scott (70)

Died: January 21, 1999 

Anne lived in Elyria with her husband. She was sitting at the table reading a newspaper when her husband came up behind her and struck her in the head with a hammer several times.  She was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her husband was charged with aggravated murder but was found not guilty by reason of insanity and was sent to live in a mental health facility.
